We successfully coordinated the Everything Is A Sign national tour for ByLwansta and the neo-soul/jazz band Babble Hume, spanning KZN (Durban & Kokstad) and Cape Town, with three shows in each province. We handled all communications and negotiations with venue owners and promoters to secure performance fees, manage sound requirements, and arrange technical setups for each venue.

ByLwansta’s brand leverage allowed us to secure complimentary accommodation at Curiocity in Cape Town for the entire weekend, optimizing budget allocation. Our project management extended to coordinating sound suppliers in each city, setting up sound and backline, and adding custom screen visuals where venues had screens or TVs, ensuring consistent branding across all tour stops.

In addition to sound and logistical coordination, we worked closely with photographers and videographers, briefing them on capturing tour highlights, performance dynamics, and behind-the-scenes content. Interns and on-site runners were onboarded to assist with stage setup, guest coordination, and merchandise sales.

Throughout the tour, managing the performance crew and liaising with local suppliers required extensive project management, budgeting, and financial oversight. We ensured timely payments, managed travel logistics, and coordinated all administrative aspects to keep the tour running smoothly, delivering a cohesive brand experience to fans in each city.
