We activated the penthouse at Maboneng’s Fox Street Studios to host the launch of ByLwansta’s debut album, SPIJØNGET, transforming the space with a 5-panel stage, professional stage lighting, and high-quality sound. The event featured a live band performance by ByLwansta, supported by two additional performers and two DJs, creating an immersive musical experience for attendees.

Pre-sold and door tickets ensured a well-managed guest list, with attendees engaging at a merchandise table selling exclusive SPIJØNGET-inspired products like tote bags, socks, and caps. We also successfully ran the bar and kitchen, providing food and beverages throughout the night.

We liaised with photographers and videographers, briefing them on capturing key moments of the live performances, crowd reactions, and merchandise interactions. Interns and on-site runners were onboarded to assist with guest management, merchandise sales, and stage transitions, while our team efficiently managed event staff to ensure smooth coordination across all aspects of the night.

Fans showed up in large numbers to connect with ByLwansta and celebrate the album’s release, leaving with not only unforgettable memories but tangible products that extended their experience beyond the evening.
